Looking for a heat pump installer in Chatham? HVAC Hudson Inc. is a Columbia County company and a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor. We install Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat ductless mini splits and ducted heat pumps in the Village of Chatham and nearby communities including Ghent, Old Chatham, East Chatham and Spencertown.
Built for Farmhouses, Older Homes and Weekend Houses
Chatham-area homes come in every shape: 1800s farmhouses with thick plaster walls, village homes with no ductwork, and weekend houses that sit empty for part of the week. Mitsubishi systems handle all three well.
- No ductwork needed. Slim indoor units heat and cool individual rooms, ideal for older homes where adding ducts isn’t practical.
- Zone control. Heat only the rooms you’re using and set each one to its own temperature.
- Remote control from your phone. With Mitsubishi’s Wi-Fi control, you can warm the house up before you arrive and keep it at a safe temperature while you’re away.
- Whole-home heat. Sized correctly, a Hyper-Heat system can be your home’s main heat source through a Columbia County winter.
Sized Right, Rebate Handled
Every system starts with a room-by-room Manual J load calculation, so it’s sized to cover 100% to 120% of your home’s heating load. That’s how a heat pump keeps you warm on the coldest nights, and it’s also what NYS Clean Heat rebates require. We’re enrolled with Central Hudson, NYSEG and National Grid, and we submit the rebate for you. See our heat pump rebates guide.
